The landscaping started from formation level with making up levels with imported sub soil and crush concrete making sure all drainage and ducting was in place by Kings. Using Charcon countryside curbs with 50mm tarmac all pathways were constructed for bonded gravel with hard wood bridges over the swale.
The Swale was constructed with hardwood boardwalk bridges linking the bonded gravel walkways with a marginal planting scheme running along the Swale on both sides going to the culvert.
Planted were contract grown for the package and trees came from a German supplier making sure all the soft landscaping had impact to the scheme, all soft areas have irrigation. Kings also installed the lighting bases, ducting and columns making sure no damage to the plants and grass areas.
A tidal terrace is under construction using Coir rolls with rock rolls to make a marginal habitat along the River Thames next to the marketing suit, with marginal planting being added over 4 years to keep it in flower and in coverage different habitats.
